To clear them, they discount, which devalues the brand and creates a vicious cycle. Worse, millions of unsold shoes end up in landfills or incinerators every year.

As a startup, we refuse to play this wasteful game. More importantly, we refuse to pass the cost of waste onto our consumers.

The Agility of Additive Manufacturing

3D printing gives us unprecedented flexibility. We base our weekly print schedules on real-time website data.

Yes, this means popular sizes might show a "3-5 day lead time." But those few days guarantee zero deadstock and zero resource waste. The money we save on warehousing and markdowns is reinvested directly into R&D and better post-processing materials.

Additive vs. Subtractive Waste

From a purely environmental standpoint, 3D printing (additive) only uses the material needed to build the part. Unlike traditional cutting (subtractive), there are no off-cuts or scrap margins.
